Hi David, 4 months ago we heard noises in our attic and called a wildlife removal company for help. They charged us for the exclusion and trapping and we bought for 3 months of additional service since they said they can't guarantee they Hicksville animal control will keep the rats out. They said they do their best but rats tend to find new ways in. We've had at least 6 rats killed in the attic traps. They also have bait traps Hicksville animal control around the outside of our house but I"m thinking about having them removed for the next few weeks to see what happens, since I believe the bait attracts the rats. This company did not do their job properly. I'm not saying that it's an easy job, but ALL of the entry points MUST be sealed shut with steel on the first visit, or the whole process is completely futile. And never Hicksville exterminator ever use bait, it only causes more problems. Who did you hire? Hopefully not someone from my directory. – David
