Hi David, While I was searching some information on Bats, I came Floral Park animal control across your website. I read over the info on bats and the Q/A but was not able to find an answer to some questions I have. I'm pretty sure I already know the answer but really wanted another opinion from somebody that works in this Floral Park animal control line of work. First let me tell you a little bit about my situation: I had a colony of bats move into the addition Floral Park pest control part of the home I am renting. The home is an older home built back in the 1930's but has had remodeling done here and there over the years. The addition part of this home is a small back porch area and the main bathroom of the home. Both Floral Park pest control doors to each room is in the kitchen of the home and the small back porch area does not have a door to go outside. In April 2012 a colony of bats moved into this addition, we started smelling an awful smell and one night while Floral Park wildlife removal outside we seen bats flying out of the roof of this addition. I called the landlords and told them about the problem. It is now August 2012 and after 2 different bat people I "think" all the bats are gone, BUT we still have the smell Floral Park wildlife removal in the back porch area and bathroom. The bat guano was not removed by either people the landlords got to remove the bats.

He was a critter catcher, the second people the landlords got was a professional company. Something I feel like neither the company or the landlords wanted to do.
